WHY THE NETWORK
Useful perspectives throughout the year.
Lucent’s research has often involved substantial studies of leadership, technology and organisational change. Alongside that work, people have asked me for shorter, more regular insights throughout the year.
The Executive Research Network is my response: a simple way for senior leaders to contribute their perspective and understand what peers in other organisations are seeing.
How it works

One short question
A couple of times each quarter, answer a question on budgets, hiring, investment or delivering change.

Reply your way
Use the short survey, reply by email or WhatsApp, or speak to Rebecca by phone.

Receive the findings
Two weeks later, receive the results with context from conversations across the market.
Note: Each question should take less than a minute. You can skip a question and still receive the findings.
